Description

In this role, you will identify, analyze, and prioritize business and process requirements to support internal stakeholders. You will model and document specifications (e.g., user stories and BPMN), align stakeholders with development teams, and prepare requirements for efficient implementation. You will also evaluate the benefits of requirements, plan delivery, and set clear priorities.

Responsibilities

• Determine, analyze, and prioritize functional and process-related requirements while considering the needs of relevant stakeholders.
• Model and document structures such as User Stories or BPMN models; create process/data models and functional features.
• Facilitate shared understanding between stakeholders, business areas, and development teams.
• Apply project-appropriate methods to structure requirements so development teams can implement them efficiently.
• Assess the value/benefit of requirements, plan implementation, and define clear priorities.
• Adopt a holistic perspective across processes and company-wide viewpoints to deliver sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Either: degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field plus 5+ years experience in process analysis and development; or commercial training plus 5+ years experience, with 3+ years in further development of project management standards.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (BaFin and BDSG) and of processes/organizations, especially in technical and specialist contexts.
• Practical knowledge gained through experience: agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), design thinking.
• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, SAP Signavio) and BPM platforms (e.g., Camunda BPM).
• Confident use of moderation and presentation techniques.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, customer-centered personality with agile mindset, strong communication and conflict skills, solid digital understanding, and strong innovation capability.
