Lead the strategy and multi-year roadmap for communication channels in Amazon Connect, building scalable, resilient external services that address real customer problems at enterprise scale. Own product vision and technical direction through documents such as PRFAQs and 3-year narratives, while aligning engineering, design, and senior leadership. Represent the product externally with strategic enterprise customers and drive cross-team execution across multiple product areas.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager

• 5+ years technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related)

• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full product lifecycle ownership from concept through GTM

• Ability to produce long-term product/technical direction and align multiple stakeholders
