Description

You will be the central point of contact for eight schools for all IT matters within the school authority. You will support, administer, and continuously develop the school IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, mobile devices, and digital board systems. You will also coordinate IT incidents across support levels and take part in IT rollouts, device replacements, and IT procurement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central IT contact for eight schools

• Administer and further develop school IT infrastructure (networks, servers, mobile devices, digital board systems)

• Process and coordinate IT incidents in first- and second-level support; manage and track third-level support with manufacturers and external service providers

• Plan and implement IT projects, rollouts, and device replacement; contribute to IT procurement

• Manage licenses, devices, and inventory

Requirements

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) or a degree with a focus on computer science

• Experience in IT support and administration of Windows and/or Linux systems (preferred)

• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management and networking basics (preferred); paedML experience is an advantage

• Motivation, organizational skills, and cooperative mindset

• Valid Class B driver’s license
