Description

You will be the central contact for IT matters for eight schools in Remseck am Neckar and support the administration and ongoing development of the schools’ IT infrastructure. The role includes handling and coordinating IT incidents across 1st and 2nd level support, steering 3rd level support via vendors and external service providers, and participating in IT projects and device rollouts. You will also manage licenses, devices, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for all IT topics of the school IT provider for eight schools
• Support, administer, and further develop school IT infrastructure (networks, servers, mobile endpoints, and digital whiteboard systems)
• Process and coordinate IT incidents in 1st and 2nd level support; manage and track 3rd level support through manufacturers and external providers
• Plan and implement IT projects, rollouts, and device replacements; contribute to IT procurement
• Manage licenses, devices, and inventory

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker/in) or completed degree with a focus on computer science
• Motivation, organizational skills, and willingness to cooperate
• Driving license class B
