Description

You will serve as a customer-facing trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, helping customers accelerate AI transformation and adoption of Copilot and related technologies. You will translate customer challenges into high-ROI, actionable solutions and lead architectural design to ensure sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. You’ll use prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale and support growth opportunities with technical and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive business value through AI transformation by aligning customer challenges to high-ROI outcomes
• Lead customer success by designing solutions and engaging business and technical decision makers to enable long-term Copilot usage and renewal
• Leverage agentic AI through Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise
• Identify and develop tailored growth opportunities with technical and sales teams to expand adoption and realize business value
• Share expertise through communities, contribute to IP creation, and prioritize IP re-use
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy
• Continuously self-learn and maintain technical readiness in areas such as Agents, M365 Copilot, Autopilots, business value realization, and adoption/change management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and/or IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, and/or consulting; or equivalent experience
• Authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship
• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Cloud technical certification (examples: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure, AI Agents, or security certifications)
