Description

You will define and drive the enterprise application architecture across a global IT landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals, security standards, and governance. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead architecture initiatives across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and related platforms. You will also evaluate and introduce new technologies such as cloud services, AI, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and continually develop the architecture roadmap for the enterprise-application ecosystem
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and governance principles
• Drive technology decisions to support scalability, innovation, and long-term company growth
• Continuously improve the overall IT landscape
• Develop end-to-end solutions for CRM, ERP, Finance, HR, and other core business areas
• Lead architecture initiatives around Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and related platforms
• Define integration strategies, APIs, data flows, and middleware solutions
• Ensure seamless interoperability of enterprise systems with high quality and performance
• Own architecture responsibility for large global transformation programs
• Support ERP and CRM rollouts, system extensions, and M&A integrations
• Assess and introduce new technologies, including cloud services, AI, and automation
• Promote modernization and standardization across the enterprise application landscape
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Corporate Functions
• Act as a trusted advisor for architecture decisions and support collaboration between business and IT teams

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior IT role
• Strong knowledge of at least two platforms: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proven experience designing and integrating enterprise applications in complex environments
• Very good understanding of APIs, middleware technologies, cloud platforms, and integration architectures
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Fluent German and English (C1 or higher)
