Description

Support HR areas in getting maximum value from SAP SuccessFactors Talent-Management modules. You will capture HR requirements, analyze them, and implement them in the system, including configuration and change support, while leading workshops and making complex topics understandable.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR on further development and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Talent-Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation)

• Gather HR requirements, analyze them, and implement them independently in the system (configuration and change execution)

• Run targeted workshops with HR, present best-practice solutions, and translate complex system requirements into business language

• Own both technical and functional responsibility for the module areas and actively shape future decisions

• Plan and coordinate changes and rollouts with HR, internal IT and development teams, and external SAP implementation partners

Requirements

• Fluent German in writing and speech; good English skills are an advantage

• Practical experience in supporting, configuring, and operating SAP SuccessFactors (ideally Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Compensation)

• Sound knowledge of HR processes, especially Talent Management, goal setting, and compensation cycles; ability to translate HR needs into IT specifications

• Strong consulting and moderation skills to lead workshops and support change processes

• SAP HCM (on-premise) module experience is a plus

• SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Associate in a Talent module) are a plus
