Description

You will take technical responsibility for a broad set of complex technologies (e.g., client/server systems, network equipment, and phone/camera systems). You will independently ensure operational reliability through monitoring and maintenance, and plan and further develop IT systems. You will lead projects for development, implementation, and documentation, and advise other business teams on cross-technology topics.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership for complex technology areas (client, server, switches, routers, telephony and camera systems)

• Independent operation maintenance, monitoring, care, and planning and further development of IT systems

• Project management for development, implementation, and documentation

• Consulting other specialist departments on cross-technology topics

• Create and maintain documentation

• Coordinate with service providers and other departments to agree on technical and organizational solutions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in system integration (or IT assistant) or a comparable degree in (business) informatics

• Long-term experience in engineering and administration of heterogeneous IT systems

• Relevant additional certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCITP/MCSA/MCSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNE) and/or project management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2), preferred

• Cost awareness, commitment, self-responsibility, teamwork, result orientation

• Confident presence and ability to push through decisions

• Analytical and conceptual way of thinking
