Description

You will translate strategic, tactical, and operational business goals into concrete solutions for processes, systems, and organizational structures. You will analyze business requirements, identify challenges, and develop sustainable solution approaches. As an interface between business functions, IT, management, and senior leadership, you will guide changes from the first analysis through successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop long-term solution approaches

• Identify challenges and improvement potential in business processes

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to make processes more efficient and support organizational development

• Support change initiatives across Sales & Business Support, Contracting, Market Interaction, and Billing & Invoicing

Requirements

• Completed university degree (e.g., business administration, finance, business informatics, or a technical discipline)

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the energy industry, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst (or comparable role)

• Experience in analyzing business processes and recognizing improvement opportunities

• Ability to capture requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into concrete actions

• Knowledge of process optimization, project work, or change management

• Strong German and English communication skills

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with enjoyment in driving change
