Description

You will prepare materials for marketing outputs such as social media posts, blog content, newsletters, campaigns, and other deliverables. The role uses existing AI tools, agents, and prompts to make the marketing team faster and more effective, including drafts, content plan outlines, research, and topic summaries. You will also help with regular reporting and keep marketing operations organized by tracking tasks, deadlines, and in-progress work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare content materials for social media, blog, newsletters, campaigns, and other marketing outputs
• Use AI tools, agents, and prompts to accelerate content creation and team workflows
• Create first drafts of content plan materials, text outlines, research, and topic overviews
• Assist with reporting, result summaries, and internal/client preparation materials
• Maintain organized marketing operations (assignments, deadlines, status of deliverables)
• Collaborate across departments to turn ideas into completed outputs
• Gradually take over repeatable marketing processes and help automate and optimize them
• Publish content across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others
• Handle ad-hoc tasks based on team priorities

Requirements

• Strong interest in developing in marketing and learning new skills in practice
• Enjoy working with content, text, structure, and organization
• Independent, careful, and able to complete tasks
• Good at organizing work and juggling multiple priorities
• Excellent Czech language proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Client-oriented approach, professional and well-mannered communication
• Ability to work under stress and in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum high school education with a maturity exam
• Advantage: prior experience in marketing, content, social media, assistant work, or project coordination
• Advantage: experience with AI tools or marketing productivity tools
