Description

Lead a team of analysts responsible for business analytics across the region and ensure data is used effectively to manage commercial performance, spot new opportunities, and support company growth. Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, contributing to regional projects and shaping analytics direction and data standards. Help introduce modern analytics tools, including AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics team supporting Czech, Slovak, and German markets

• Ensure data supports efficient management of business performance

• Identify new commercial opportunities and support growth

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain on regional projects

• Influence the direction of analytics and set data-handling standards

• Support implementation of modern tools, including AI solutions

Requirements

• Experience in business or commercial analytics in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods (at least 5 years)

• Experience leading people or analytics projects (at least 2 years)

• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel

• Understanding of modern data platforms and data architecture

• Ability to present insights to management and convert numbers into concrete recommendations

• Fluent Czech or Slovak and English
