Description

You will lead interdisciplinary projects for guided artillery rockets and ensure achievement of project goals from initialization and technology transfer through realization, verification, and subsequent series production. You will be responsible for project planning and implementation, progress monitoring, risk management, and resource and budget planning to deliver customer orders on time and within cost. You will also coordinate closely with infrastructure and internal stakeholders, international workshare partners, and subcontractors, and support the program and sales organization during proposal phases and customer questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure project targets are met across the full lifecycle (technology transfer, realization, verification, series production)
• Own project planning and execution, progress monitoring, risk management, and resource and budget planning
• Coordinate with the project lead for infrastructure build-out, internal interfaces, and international workshare partners and subcontractors
• Support program and sales organization during offer/proposal phases and customer inquiries

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in engineering or business engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of project management experience, ideally in the armaments/defense industry
• Training as project management professional (IPMA Level D) or equivalent
• Confident in cross-functional project work and process compliance
• Strong technical understanding with knowledge in rocket artillery and basic economic knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project
• Negotiation-level English
• Full national and international travel readiness
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with assertiveness
