Description

You will improve a CRM system based on Salesforce by implementing new solutions to optimize company processes and increase productivity. You act as the primary point of contact for the applications, covering operation, installation, and configuration, and you handle incidents in 2nd/3rd-level support. You also lead implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning projects while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the CRM system on an ongoing basis and implement new solutions
• Provide operations support for the applications (run, install, configure)
• Analyze and resolve incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support to ensure reliable performance
• Lead application projects for implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning; coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Serve as an interface between technical IT and business departments and external partners
• Analyze business requirements and recommend investments in new technologies
• Report operational progress and application performance to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
• Several years of technical experience supporting and implementing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent German and English at C-level; additional languages are a plus
• Ideally experience integrating various ERP systems with Salesforce
• Experience working cross-functionally with different departments as an IT-business interface
• Strong analytical thinking, solution orientation, and high personal initiative
