Description

You will manage the introduction of Salesforce and help anchor it strategically in the organization, working closely with business departments, IT, and external partners. You translate customer-facing business process requirements into CRM structures and system configurations, and support ongoing Salesforce development. You will also assist with testing, rollouts, trainings, and sustainable adoption of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Work in the internal project team to introduce Salesforce
• Analyze, implement, and prioritize functional requirements for the new system
• Support and further develop Salesforce in close collaboration with business departments
• Translate process requirements into suitable system solutions and configurations
• Coordinate with internal interfaces and external service providers / implementation partners
• Support tests, rollouts, trainings, and long-term system implementation
• Ensure user-oriented development and structured further expansion of the platform

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems, ideally in implementation, support, or further development
• Salesforce certification or comparable qualification (preferred)
• Understanding of customer-oriented business processes, CRM structures, and digital workflows
• Enjoy working in project teams with business departments, IT, and external partners
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style
• Very good German and good English skills
