Description

You will operate and administer IT systems to control and manage technical devices for remote meter reading and smart metering. You will work with your team on the operational processes for commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of intelligent metering systems and remotely read meters. You will also support Service Level Agreement compliance and conduct tests for software or hardware enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate IT systems for remote meter reading and smart metering devices

• Handle operational processes for commissioning, operation, and trouble resolution of intelligent metering systems and remotely read meters

• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the partner and customer network

• Perform tests for further developments of software and hardware

Requirements

• Completed technical training in IT, electrical engineering, or GWW

• Ability to quickly learn new topics and drive targeted problem-solving

• Confident and successful work with specialized IT systems

• Strong teamwork skills

• Knowledge of the energy sector and metering technology is an advantage
