Description

You will operate and administer specialized IT systems that control technical devices in a smart metering environment. The role emphasizes large-customer data analysis and data quality, while supporting operational processes for commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of intelligent metering systems. You will also run tests for software and hardware enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Operate IT systems for administration and control of technical devices in smart metering
• Process large-customer operations with a focus on data analysis and data quality
• Support operational processes for commissioning, operation, and fault handling of intelligent metering systems and remotely read meters in IT systems
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements across the partner and customer network
• Perform tests for software and hardware development enhancements

Requirements

• Completed technical training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or GWW
• Ability to quickly learn new topics and drive targeted problem-solving
• Proven ability to work with specialized IT systems
• Strong teamwork skills
• Knowledge of energy industry and metering technology is an advantage
