Description

Support management in controlling the Service business unit through analyses, KPIs, and action recommendations. Analyze the economic development of service contracts, offers, and orders, including assembly controlling and productivity metrics. Create target-vs-actual comparisons, forecasts, and regular management reporting, and contribute to business plans, budgets, and profitability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Control the Service business unit and support management on business topics

• Analyze the economic development of service contracts, offers, and orders and derive recommendations

• Own assembly controlling and analyze productivity KPIs

• Identify improvement and optimization opportunities and economic risks

• Develop and implement area-specific KPIs and steering instruments

• Prepare target-vs-actual analyses, forecasts, and regular reports and management evaluations

• Support business plans, budgeting, and business case/profitability considerations

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Finance & Controlling, or comparable

• Several years of controlling experience, ideally in industrial or technical service environments

• Very good understanding of business KPIs and relationships

• Experience producing analyses, forecasts, and management reporting

• Confident use of ERP systems, ideally Business Central or similar solutions

• Strong analytical skills with understanding of processes and value creation chains

• Communication strength; ability to present numbers understandably and appropriately

• Independent, structured work style and confident presence with executives
