Description

Support customers across the full lifecycle—pre-sales evaluation, project implementation, and after-sales operations—for ManageEngine products. You will deliver PoCs, demos, technical trainings, configuration guidance, and troubleshooting by collaborating with the vendor and internal specialists.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: Assist with Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements; run product presentations and demos; prepare demo environments and use-case scenarios; support marketing activities (webinars, workshops, conferences, events); share best practices and product capabilities.

• Project Delivery: Implement ManageEngine solutions for new and existing customers; conduct technical workshops, product trainings, and configuration sessions; prepare project scopes, documentation, technical specifications, and user guides; consult on product usage and best practices.

• After-Sales Support: Provide operational and technical support; troubleshoot and resolve issues with product vendor and internal specialists; guide customers on optimal configuration and usage; maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar technical role (support, implementation, consulting, or IT administration)

• Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and customer needs

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly

• Independence, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn

• Fluent English; Czech/Slovak speaking and writing

• Valid driving license (Category B)

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing or supporting IT management or security tools

• Knowledge in Active Directory, IT security/monitoring, IT service management (ITSM), or asset management

• Experience preparing technical documentation or delivering trainings

• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript)

• Ability to perform basic database queries (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
