Description

You will validate internal client business requirements (functional and non-functional), design integration processes using UML, and develop integration models aligned to business needs using Swagger. You’ll collaborate with architecture and development teams, coordinate technical dependencies, and perform initial integration testing with error analysis to ensure system robustness. The role also includes active participation in Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Validate business requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects

• Design integration processes using UML diagrams (use case, sequence, activity, component)

• Develop detailed integration models using Swagger

• Coordinate with architecture and development teams to define technical solutions

• Manage technical dependencies and deliverables with other IT teams

• Conduct initial integration testing and analyze errors

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a system analyst or business analyst on IT projects (financial services or insurance preferred)

• Strong understanding of system integration concepts: Web Services, Microservices, SOA

• Higher education in ICT, economics, or related field

• Proven ability to translate client needs into system requirements

• Experience with UML-based system modeling

• Proficiency with tools such as Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or similar CASE tools

• Working knowledge of MS SQL or other relational databases

• Language: Polish fluent; English B2/C1 for documentation and meetings

• Eligibility: existing legal right to work in the European Union
