Description

You will support and advise banking and payment business areas on existing and new software solutions. You will incorporate and maintain the application architecture while creating requirement-based business analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to define effort estimates and implementation concepts. You may also lead (part) projects, coordinating product and development partners, external providers, architects, IT, and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Advise business areas across applications on existing and new banking/payment software solutions

• Ensure application architecture alignment and produce detail-oriented, requirement-driven business analyses

• Develop effort indications, effort estimates, and implementation drafts in close alignment with stakeholders

• Coordinate and steer (part-)projects and related contributors (product/development partners, external service providers, architects, IT, business areas)

Requirements

• Completed IT/banking qualification with technical focus, or an IT specialist background in bank application development

• Strong plus: degree in economics, computer science, or business informatics

• Long-standing experience in bank-related software development and in agile product/process development

• Proven experience in project management

• Experience designing models and architectures; ideally payment architecture modeling/development

• Banking knowledge of SEPA and Instant Payments

• Expertise in requirements analysis and data-, function-, and process modeling

• Advantage: knowledge of core account management or payment system concepts and operation

• Advantage: knowledge of modern banking/payment technologies (e.g., API standards, Open Banking, Instant Payments) and integration into existing systems
