• Role: Junior IT Support Specialist

Description

You will support, configure, and maintain SaaS solutions used in Real Estate, especially Planon and Visitor. You will troubleshoot basic user-reported problems, help users with day-to-day system work, and keep supported application configurations correct and up to date. You will also collaborate with the team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• First experience in IT Support, Application Support, Service Desk, or similar
• Basic knowledge of IT application support and configuration
• Interest in SaaS solutions and willingness to grow in application support
• Ability to analyze problems and find solutions
• Knowledge of Planon, Visitor, or similar systems
• Good command of English
