Description

You will work on the Core Engagement team to drive customer success by developing products that maximize host and guest satisfaction, including guest communication solutions, guest guides, and managing online check-in. You will plan and execute complex multi-quarter initiatives, partner with business stakeholders to refine product direction, and propose technical improvements that increase team velocity and software quality. You will also contribute to transforming the platform into a cloud-native, service-oriented architecture while using AI-assisted and agentic coding approaches.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously plan and deliver quarterly or multi-quarter complexity projects with measurable milestones and managed dependencies/scope

• Partner with business stakeholders to refine product direction and implement impactful improvements

• Propose and implement technical initiatives to improve team velocity and overall software quality; mentor colleagues

• Continuously improve AI-assisted and agentic coding practices

• Contribute to the platform transformation toward cloud-native, service-oriented architecture

Requirements

• Solid backend development experience with PHP/Symfony

• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases

• Good knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments

• Experience designing event-driven, asynchronous, integration-heavy systems

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with AI-assisted software development, including agentic coding tools/workflows

• Entrepreneurial mindset and business curiosity

• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a distributed multinational team
