Description

Join the IT Solutions Delivery team during a large-scale transformation to modernize core architecture and build a data platform with standardized engineering practices. You’ll help build highly scalable products and drive strategic technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-availability backend systems

• Drive and own key architectural and technological decisions within your domain

• Analyze business requirements, independently plan technical tasks, and estimate solutions

• Build and maintain integrations with distributed databases and message broker systems

• Elevate engineering culture through knowledge sharing, comprehensive code reviews, and mentoring

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Python experience

• Commercial experience with Django, specifically building and scaling REST APIs

• Strong, practical knowledge of MySQL, Cassandra, and ClickHouse

• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and asynchronous communication patterns

• High independence—comfortable owning a feature end-to-end (requirements → deployment → post-release maintenance)

• Strong ability to estimate effort/complexity and solve problems tied to business requirements

• Proactive, can-do mindset

• English proficiency for seamless daily communication
