Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions for customers, from solution planning through production deployment. You’ll also build application integrations using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript and help customers adopt AI-driven workflow automation. The role includes managing AI risk and compliance requirements, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement application integrations using Python & JS/TS (or similar)

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions for company customers

• Drive data-driven solution development

• Lead adoption of AI-based workflow automation in customer environments

• Manage end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into clients’ production

• Manage AI risk and compliance requirements

• Mentor junior developers

• Liaise with technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience

• Few years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments

• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with AI risk assessment

• Fluent in English and Polish
