Description

You will coordinate and implement customer network solutions by configuring networking equipment, preparing devices in staging, and commissioning them at customer sites (mainly in the business segment). You’ll troubleshoot issues during installation with support from a monitoring/operations center, prepare basic technical documentation, and communicate with customers during the project.

Responsibilities

• Configure network devices (routers, switches, WiFi access points, CPE, etc.) for connecting B2B customers
• Prepare devices in an internal environment (staging, basic testing, functional verification)
• Install and commission equipment at customer sites (primarily corporate clients)
• Handle technical problems during installation and cooperate with the monitoring center
• Create basic technical documentation and hand over the implementation to operations
• Communicate with the customer throughout the order delivery

Requirements

• Secondary education in IT, electronics, or a related field (not required if you have strong relevant experience and technical mindset)
• Experience configuring network elements and services, including at least basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, DHCP, and VPN
• Working knowledge of active network equipment (e.g., Cisco, MikroTik, HP, or similar technologies)
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to resolve technical situations directly with the customer
• Valid driver’s license category B (active driver)
• Willingness to travel within the region
