Description

You will support and maintain IT systems related to ongoing operation and service assurance. The role includes phone contact with assigned clients, creating technical documentation, and assessing and controlling client tickets in JIRA. You will also prepare and implement software updates, resolve and coordinate resolution of system problems, manage system configuration changes, and independently process smaller client orders.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure ongoing operation of client-related IT systems

• Phone communication with assigned clients

• Create technical documentation

• Evaluate and monitor client requests/tickets in JIRA

• Prepare and implement software updates

• Troubleshoot system problems and coordinate resolution

• Apply configuration changes

• Independently process smaller client orders

Requirements

• German and English knowledge at least B2

• Higher or secondary technical education

• Basic knowledge of IT systems: Linux and computer networks

• Systematic approach and analytical skills
