Description

Own end-to-end delivery of iGaming product changes, from business input to user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring teams ship a working product to production. Coordinate Dev, UI/UX, SEO, and Support, run project routines (daily status, planning, retros), and perform staging QA verification plus bug triage. Support Product Owner discovery and UX/UI with user research, Figma/prototyping, and MVP/value-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across teams (Dev → UI/UX → SEO → Support) and keep deployments flowing

• Maintain a clean Jira/Asana backlog with no vague or hanging tasks

• Manage integrations by working with external providers and payment operators and enforcing resolutions

• Run project routines: daily 10–15 min statuses, planning with precise estimates, and sprint retros with concrete follow-ups

• Perform final QA by validating functionality in staging and signing off that it works correctly

• Monitor reliability and platform appearance; ensure language versions and website text look consistent and presentable

• Translate product vision into detailed tasks (user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Collaborate on UX/UI through user flow analysis, Figma collaboration, and quick no-code prototypes

• Conduct user research (surveys/interviews) and filter for real player needs before PO decisions

• Run “corridor tests” with the team before major releases to catch UX inconsistencies

• Propose UI/UX and logic improvements actively, not just execute instructions

• Track iGaming/CS2 trends and competitor signals (e.g., Clarity, Discord, player conversations) and turn them into recommendations

• Assess business value with an MVP mindset (e.g., ~20% effort for ~80% player impact)

• Handle production incidents: assess impact, alert stakeholders, lead debugging, decide rollback/feature flag/feature disable, and coordinate who fixes and who tests

• Confirm fixes in production and close out incidents with a short report and backlog updates if needed

Requirements

• Experience independently breaking down business goals into project and technical tasks using Jira/Asana

• Deep interest and understanding of iGaming, e-sports, and the CS2 ecosystem (exchange/trading mechanics, trade locks, P2P markets, skins, CS-style casinos)

• Ability to operate under time pressure and rapidly organize work in a dynamic environment

• Willingness and availability for overtime and flexible working hours, including non-standard hours and weekends; expect a significant amount of paid overtime

• Experience in smaller agile structures (startups or agile software houses)

• Practical triage skills: preliminary verification and reproduction of bugs before escalating to the Product Owner

• Effective daily use of AI tools (prompting and automation)

• Concrete, assertive communication; comfort with difficult conversations and enforcing decisions with experienced specialists

• Proactive collaboration: open to contact and able to extract needed information from developers
