Description

You will translate business needs into IT requirements, model and optimize business processes, and build and improve workflows on a BPMS platform. The role covers the full lifecycle—from needs discovery and analysis to implementation and continuous enhancements—working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. You will also develop and modify printouts and templates using XML/XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into IT solution requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams during process development and implementation

• Model, design, and optimize business processes

• Configure and develop processes on the BPMS platform

• Create and modify printouts and templates using XML/XSLT

• Participate in the full solution lifecycle: from needs analysis to deployment and further improvements

• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis, business processes, BPMS/workflow, or related solution development

• Practical BPMS platform experience (e.g., Ferryt, Camunda, UniFlow)

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML

• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Experience modeling processes and documenting requirements

• Strong collaboration skills across business and IT teams

• Analytical approach and ability to solve problems independently

• English communication skills
