Description

Manage, develop, and continuously improve the SAP add-on PTnova to support sales processes in public transport. Ensure productive operations and take end-to-end lifecycle responsibility from conception through releases/updates, testing, support, and error resolution. Integrate the applications into the company-wide IT architecture and participate in IT projects.

Responsibilities

• SAP application support and development, including user consulting

• Conceptual and organizational maintenance and further development of PTnova

• Ensure reliable productive operation of the managed applications

• Full lifecycle responsibility: design, introduction, operation, maintenance, support, customizing, release planning and updates, testing, error analysis, and fixes

• Enable efficient, needs-based use through close business collaboration (requirements management, consulting, concept work, training, support)

• Embed and integrate applications within the enterprise IT architecture

• Steer and contribute to IT projects

Requirements

• Degree in business administration/economics, computer science, or a comparable qualification with relevant expertise

• Strong affinity for sales and/or IT and willingness to challenge and optimize existing processes

• Junior SAP consulting/development knowledge or deep knowledge in at least one PTnova submodule (also via Key User experience with strong IT affinity)

• Programming knowledge in object-oriented ABAP and SAP form design is an advantage

• Willingness to pursue continuous further training

• High commitment and customer orientation

• Strong team spirit

• Excellent German skills (written and spoken)
