Description

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the systems and applications behind the IDC.com post-login experience, including entitlement administration. Lead end-to-end requirements for new post-login capabilities (research document delivery, customer alerts/notifications) and migrate these capabilities from a legacy system to a modern tech stack integrated with the IDC Quanta AI solution. Balance ongoing KTLO (keep-the-lights-on) work for legacy applications while delivering measurable release success.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for post-login systems and their internal supporting applications (including entitlements)

  • Define strategy and end-to-end requirements for a new document delivery capability in the post-login experience (new subsystem, new architecture, integrated customer-facing applications)

  • Define strategy and end-to-end requirements for rebuilding customer alerts and notifications on a modern foundation

  • Lead migration of both capabilities off legacy onto the modern stack and integrate into the IDC Quanta AI solution

  • Prioritize and manage KTLO backlog for the legacy application while it remains in service

  • Elicit, organize, translate, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Develop process flow, data flow, and integration logic across systems

  • Define success metrics per release and measure adoption and customer impact after launch

  • Coordinate rollout, customer migration, and change management with Research, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service stakeholders

  • Support end-user relationship strengthening

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of technical product management or product ownership for web applications, platforms, or APIs

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1)

  • Technical depth to discuss APIs, services, data models, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns; ability to weigh trade-offs and challenge designs

  • Greenfield and migration experience (concept-to-launch and replacing/retiring legacy applications without disrupting customers)

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers

  • Roadmap/backlog management to balance new build vs KTLO and explain trade-offs to stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Ability to create diagrams and workflows for business process modeling

  • Analytical thinking using data, product usage, and trends

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Knowledge of agile methodology

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Exceptional client service mindset, research-and-resolve problem approach, and commitment to continuous learning
