Description

You will act as the interface between the business team and development for the Kaufland Card, taking the Business Analyst role for the Solution CRM Loyalty (backend of the Kaufland Card). You own and scale the test management of the Kaufland Card, support the business from initiation and consulting through operational rollout, and manage the end-to-end cloud solution lifecycle (analysis, implementation, and operation).

You analyze existing system landscapes, continuously improve them, and drive AI and automation initiatives—especially via STACKIT—to support digital sovereignty in the CRM context. You analyze data streams for the Kaufland Card and specify new international requirements, advising on technical implementation and interface design up to function tests.

Responsibilities

  • Interface between business and development for the Kaufland Card
  • Business Analyst responsibility for CRM Loyalty (backend)
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for test management; make it scalable
  • Support Kaufland’s business needs from discovery/consulting to operational rollout
  • End-to-end ownership of the cloud solution (analysis, implementation, operations)
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of system landscapes; apply AI and automation
  • Drive future-ready initiatives and use STACKIT to strengthen digital sovereignty
  • Analyze Kaufland Card data streams and monitor data flows
  • Specify international project requirements; advise on technical implementation, interface design, and function tests

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Azure in a CRM context
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital sovereignty (STACKIT experience is encouraged)
  • Ability to quickly handle complex system architecture environments
  • Initiative, strong ability to shape solutions, and decision-making confidence
  • Excellent communication skills and service orientation
  • Degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
  • German and English proficiency (written and spoken)
