Description

You will take end-to-end responsibility for your CRM products, from technical project leadership and implementation through testing, operational support, and end-user training. You will manage the backlog, perform refinements, and implement simple CRM system configurations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and steer internal developers and external service providers through sprints, while supporting pre-sales to help acquire new projects and assisting management with positioning the CRM offering portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM products end-to-end: technical project management, implementation, testing, operational operation/support, and user training
• Steer the backlog, run refinements, and implement simple CRM system configurations
• Convert functional/business requirements into technical specifications
• Coordinate internal development teams and external service providers across sprints
• Drive pre-sales activities and support management in positioning the service portfolio

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project leadership or as a Product Owner in a B2B CRM environment
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Sales & After Sales)
• Background in Business Informatics
• Experience in logistics/shipping is beneficial
• Good understanding of system architectures and interfaces for managing teams and vendors
• Strong communication at management and business level; negotiation-grade German and English
