IT Specialist (Microsoft 365 & Security)

Description

You will take ownership of Microsoft 365 environments for clients and grow this area, covering day-to-day requests, migrations and deployments, and security audits and follow-up. The work includes Microsoft 365 administration, identity and device management, email migration, DNS configuration, and resolving complex incidents involving Windows, Outlook, VPN, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and licenses
• Manage identity in Entra ID: MFA, Conditional Access, roles, and guest access
• Manage devices with Intune: enrollment, compliance policies, and Win32 app packages
• Perform mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365 (IMAP, Google Workspace)
• Review and audit Microsoft 365 tenants for security and implement recommended changes
• Configure DNS for email and domains (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Handle more complex support cases: Windows, Outlook, VPN, and business applications
• Communicate with clients directly via phone, remote desktop, and a ticketing system

Requirements

• At least 2 years of IT support experience (preferably in a multi-client support environment)
• Relevant IT or related education
• Practical knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Basic PowerShell skills (write simple scripts or adapt existing ones)
• Independence, attention to detail, and strong communication with users
• Strong habit of documenting your work
