Description

Build and develop long-term, successful IT business relationships through personal, digital, and regional engagement. Prospect and contact regional new IT customers by phone, analyze customer staffing needs, and match them with candidates and project staff. Create individual offers and lead pricing and contract negotiations while supporting and managing IT project employees, contributing to the regional growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term successful business relationships (personal, digital, regional)
• Active telephone outreach to regional new customers in the IT sector
• Analyze customer staffing needs and perform tailored matching with applicants and project employees
• Create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations
• Care for and lead IT project employees
• Support regional growth strategy for Rhein-Ruhr-Westfalen

Requirements

• Completed university degree
• Sales experience in staffing services (personnel services) or HR consulting, with affinity for IT topics
• Strong sales and networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Independent, goal-oriented, and team-oriented working style
• Very good German skills (minimum C1)
• Driver’s license class B
