Description

You will manage end-to-end software delivery (SDLC) for core business units and R&D/PoC initiatives, while building technical and business relationships with enterprise clients. The role includes ensuring smooth lifecycle execution—from requirements analysis and production deployment to BAU maintenance—along with risk identification, mitigation, and Agile/Scrum effectiveness. You’ll translate technology and architectural decisions into business value across projects spanning regulated enterprise systems to AI, IoT, and LLM/RAG-based assistant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery within the Software Development BU and innovation initiatives (R&D/PoC)
• Build subject-matter, partner-level relationships with external enterprise clients
• Ensure full SDLC execution (analysis → production deployment → BAU maintenance)
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project and technology risks
• Work closely with technical teams and support Agile/Scrum efficiency
• Oversee budget, scope, schedule, and key milestones
• Implement and continuously improve delivery governance standards and best practices

Requirements

• Very good English skills (min. B2, preferred C1) for business and technical communication
• Technical background (e.g., developer, system engineer, cloud administrator, system/business analyst) with strong architectural understanding
• Documented experience in managerial/project roles (Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Team Lead, Program Manager) in a software house or tech consulting
• Experience working directly with external enterprise clients on complex projects
• Practical knowledge of SDLC and modern system architectures
• Cloud solution knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of data and AI solutions (Machine Learning, ML models, Python) sufficient to assess risks and hold technical discussions
• Strong ownership mentality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge engineering and business
