Description

You will lead a central SAP Competence Center with responsibility for a business-critical SAP landscape. You ensure stable SAP operations, reliable implementation of initiatives, and clear business value for internal departments. You also steer SAP services, projects, changes, and partners while driving the SAP transformation with a focus on S/4HANA, architecture, integration, and sustainable standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a six-person SAP Competence Center team (technical and people leadership)
• Advise business units as part of the IT leadership team and align SAP development with business value
• Steer SAP services, projects, changes, and external partners to ensure quality, cost control, risk management, and sustainable knowledge transfer
• Own implementation of the SAP operating model, SAP strategy, and transformation roadmap
• Shape the evolution of the SAP landscape, focusing on S/4HANA, architecture, integration, and sustainable standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Multi-year experience in the SAP environment
• Leadership experience and willingness to develop people and shape change
• Experience in managing SAP services, projects, changes, and delivery
• Good understanding of S/4HANA, architecture, integration, and sustainable SAP standards
• Clear communication and confidence interacting across IT, business, and management
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to set priorities, and skill in aligning differing interests
