Description

You will lead the design and development of Agentforce Generative AI agents, partnering with architects and teams to deliver impactful, AI-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role includes configuring and optimizing agent reasoning, guardrails, workflows, prompts, and retrieval-based grounding, plus supporting maintenance through refactoring and enhancements. You will also help with technical research, progress updates, and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce with architects and the delivery team
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide progress updates
• Communicate effectively to align solutions with business and team objectives
• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities
• Conduct technical research and analysis to recommend optimized solutions
• Develop new functionalities and enhancements based on requirements and insights
• Support maintenance: improve performance, refactor code, and add enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency implementing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce
• Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks, and workflows
• Ability to design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents
• Expertise optimizing agent responses with contextual grounding and data retrieval
• Skills in monitoring and tuning AI agent performance
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Background with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
• Experience handling large volumes of data and implementing complex data models/business logic
• Knowledge of integrating with third-party systems and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle changing requirements
• English communication at B2 level or higher
