Description

Lead the design and development of Salesforce Agentforce Generative AI agents, ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions with measurable business impact. You will collaborate with architects and teams to gather requirements, research and recommend optimized approaches, implement agent enhancements, and support maintenance through refactoring and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce in collaboration with architects and team members

• Participate in discussions to gather requirements and communicate progress

• Coordinate with business and team objectives through clear communication

• Conduct technical research and analysis to recommend optimized solutions

• Develop new functionalities and enhancements based on requirements and insights

• Support the maintenance phase by improving performance, refactoring code, and adding enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

• Proficiency implementing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce

• Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks, and workflows

• Ability to design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents

• Expertise optimizing agent responses with contextual grounding and data retrieval

• Skills in monitoring and tuning AI agent performance

• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• Background with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow

• Experience handling large volumes of data and complex data models and business logic

• Knowledge of integrating with third-party systems and resolving technical issues

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities

• English communication skills at B2 level or higher
