Description

In this internship, you will raise the team’s IT literacy and improve workplace efficiency by teaching practical Microsoft 365 skills. You will also introduce colleagues to AI tools for everyday use, support Microsoft Business Central and a Raynet CRM rollout, and help maintain IT security rules—especially when using AI. You may contribute to system changes via automation, integrations, or building tailored tools, and provide first-line help when office tech issues arise.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

• Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into company processes

• Availability to work in Kuřim at least 3–4 mornings per week (about 20–30 hours/week)

• Communicative business English
