Description

You will administer, support, secure, and continuously expand the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. The role ensures privileged access is managed securely, operational services stay available, compliance obligations are met, and CyberArk capabilities are expanded across the enterprise to reduce cyber risk.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and fulfill privileged access requests using governance, approval workflows, and security policies

  • Troubleshoot and provide operational support for CyberArk infrastructure, vaults, privileged session management, and integrations

  • Perform maintenance: upgrades, patching, health checks, and performance tuning

  • Support regulatory and audit needs, including SOX compliance, access reviews, control testing, evidence collection, and remediation

  • Onboard new servers, applications, databases, service accounts, and privileged identities into CyberArk

  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Audit, Compliance, and Application teams to resolve access-related issues

  • Monitor platform performance, identify security risks, and implement continuous improvements to strengthen privileged access controls

  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, standards, and support runbooks

  • Participate in security incident investigations involving privileged accounts and access management controls

  • Drive automation and improve compliance reporting and privileged access governance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Privileged Access Management (PAM)

  • 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk administration and engineering experience in large enterprise environments

  • Proven experience managing privileged access processes, operational support, and compliance-driven security controls

  • Experience supporting SOX-regulated environments and working with internal and external auditors

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking, and enterprise server platforms

  • Ability to integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Windows and Linux environments
