Description

Support business analysts and subject matter experts in CyberArk solution design and implementation. Work with CyberArk core components, platforms, safes, connectors, and CPM plugins, including building and testing connectors for PSM integrations and, where feasible, CPM plugins for credential management. Configure platforms and safes per the approved design, troubleshoot connection/authentication/password management issues, and review technical documentation to support implementation and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist CyberArk solution design and implementation with business analysts and subject matter experts
• Work with CyberArk core components, platforms, safes, connectors, and CPM plugins
• Build and test connectors for PSM integrations and CPM plugins for credential management (where feasible)
• Onboard new assets and ensure technical prerequisites are met
• Configure or request CyberArk platforms and safes according to the approved design
• Troubleshoot CyberArk connection, authentication, and password management problems
• Review technical documentation to find information relevant to implementation and issue resolution
