Description

You will coordinate PAM onboardings from initiation to closure, ensuring clear ownership, progress tracking, and timely delivery. You will gather and validate information about services, accounts, tools, access patterns, dependencies, and use cases, then define onboarding solutions with engineers and Subject Matter Experts. You’ll lead technical design workshops, apply CyberArk constraints, and ensure sign-off, evidence, and onboarding documentation are completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PAM onboardings from initiation to closure with clear ownership, progress tracking, and delivery timelines
• Gather, structure, and validate information about services, accounts, tools, access patterns, dependencies, and use cases
• Define onboarding solutions with engineers and SMEs, considering business needs, technical feasibility, security requirements, and CyberArk constraints
• Lead technical design workshops and align stakeholders on scope, dependencies, design decisions, and implementation approach
• Apply CyberArk onboarding requirements, functional limitations, and integration considerations to design feasible solutions
• Define safe structures, roles, and permissions using least privilege principles
• Ensure formal sign-off, implementation evidence, and onboarding documentation are completed and retained

Requirements

• Degree in IT security, computer science, business administration, or equivalent mix of education and practical experience
• Proven experience in PAM business analysis, solution design, or a comparable senior onboarding-focused role
• Strong CyberArk background, including onboarding requirements, functional limitations, and integration considerations
• Ability to translate business and functional needs into secure and technically feasible solutions
• Experience defining access models, safe structures, roles, and permissions based on least-privilege principles
• Ability to lead technical design workshops and align stakeholders across business, engineering, and operations
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish
• Willingness to visit the Katowice office 1–2 times per week
