Description

You will develop scalable, highly tested applications and collaborate within an Agile team alongside Scrum Masters and PMs. The role encourages intelligent use of agentic AI tools for coding, prototyping, and architectural validation—while you remain responsible for security, data protection, and critical review of AI outputs. You will also participate in code reviews, estimations, and mentoring of junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, highly tested applications

• Work in Agile teams with Scrum Masters and PMs

• Perform thorough code reviews and support technical recruitment/estimations

• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Java experience

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL databases

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

• Background in JUnit and integration testing

• Deep understanding of OOP and SOLID principles

• Proficiency in Git and basics of Docker

• Excellent English communication (B2+)
