Description

As a Mid-Level Scrum Master, you will guide an agile team delivering risk and compliance technology that helps protect financial institutions and their customers from sanctions risk, financial crime, and regulatory threats. You will coach the team in agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and partner with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and complex blockers. You will also communicate project status, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders as the organization moves toward the target state of Surveillance technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Agile Team in adopting agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Coach adherence to agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and promote collaboration
• Collaborate with the Product Owner for backlog prioritization and help resolve complex issues/blockers
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders
• Support the transition toward the target state of Surveillance technology in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably with SAFe and Kanban frameworks)
• Proven Agile delivery practices, including ceremonies, tooling, and coaching teams
• Functional knowledge of value streams, risk management, cloud, and DevOps delivery
• Ability to confidently lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Experience working with development teams and understanding the software delivery lifecycle
• Familiarity with risk management processes and tools
• Fluent English (excellent command)
• Existing legal right to work in Europe
