Quick Facts

• Role: Senior Scrum Master / RTE (able to step up as a Junior RTE)
• Environment: ART / scaled Agile (ideally SAFe RTE or SPC training; or extensive RTE support experience)
• Required tooling: Advanced configuration of Jira and J Dashboards

Description

Lead Agile delivery in an ART or other scaled Agile environment and be ready to take on a Junior RTE step-up. Experience with SAFe RTE/SPC training or extensive prior support of an RTE is strongly preferred/expected. Configure Jira and J Dashboards at an advanced level to support planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Agile leadership in a scaled Agile setup (ART)
• Step up from Scrum Master responsibilities to assist with Junior RTE duties
• Configure Jira and J Dashboards to enable team/ART planning and visibility

Requirements

• Experience working in an ART or other scaled agile environment
• Ideally SAFe RTE or SPC training experience, or extensive experience supporting an RTE
• Advanced knowledge of configuring Jira
• Advanced knowledge of configuring J Dashboards
