Description

You will work with the Cybersecurity Manager to translate cybersecurity legal requirements into practical controls and embed them into information system architecture for public administration.

You will create and maintain long-term security standards, methodologies, and architectural principles, lead and coordinate complex cybersecurity projects from analysis and solution design through implementation, and provide expert consulting to leadership, IT teams, and projects.

You will also assess risks, propose systemic security measures, ensure safe connectivity to national critical infrastructure, and oversee alignment with eGovernment architecture and public administration security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity manager on converting legal security requirements into real-world practices and information system architecture

  • Develop and evolve long-term security standards, methodologies, and architectural principles for public administration IT

  • Provide expert leadership and coordination for cybersecurity projects (analysis, solution design, and rollout to production) with room for independent judgment

  • Provide expert consulting for leadership, IT teams, and projects during the design, development, and operation of information systems and applications, including oversight of ICT environment security

  • Contribute to cybersecurity concepts and strategies

  • Conduct risk assessment and propose systemic security measures to improve long-term stability and trust

  • Ensure expert responsibility for safe connection to national critical infrastructure and oversee compliance with eGovernment architecture and public administration security requirements

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a university master’s program

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Systems thinking and strategic thinking

  • Interest in the cybersecurity field
