Description

You will strengthen cyber and information security internally by defining direction, taking key responsibilities, and partnering with the IT team and company leadership.

The role combines Security Manager, Security Architect, AI Governance Lead, and ISMS internal auditor into one senior position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop cyber and information security across the company
• Own the security strategy, policies, action plans, and regular reporting
• Evaluate risks, manage vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation, and manage security incidents
• Assess new IT systems, projects, and integrations from a security perspective
• Prepare for NIS2 and ISO 27001 requirements and related audits
• Implement and oversee safe-use rules and compliance for AI tools

Requirements

• Technical university degree (IT, cybersecurity, informatics)
• Senior experience in IT and cybersecurity
• Experience with security management, security architecture, or leading significant security efforts
• Proven experience leading security projects and implementing an ISMS
• Good English for documentation, working with suppliers, and audits
• Experience leading or participating in internal/external audits (ISO 27001, NIS2) is a plus
