Description

You will support security architecture, risk assessment, and governance activities across business and technology initiatives in an international technology environment. The work combines security architecture reviews, cloud security assessments, vendor security assessments, and security governance, partnering with technology teams, architects, business stakeholders, and other security functions to identify risks and deliver practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review solution concepts, architectures, and technical documentation to identify applicable security standards, potential risks, and required security controls
• Perform security architecture reviews, cloud security assessments, and vendor security assessments
• Assess security areas including: IAM, authentication/authorization, network architecture/segmentation, encryption and data protection, and security logging/monitoring and controls/risk management
• Review firewall, proxy, server internet access, and connectivity requests; evaluate business use cases, communication paths, protocols, security controls, monitoring requirements, and data-processing implications
• Prepare security recommendations, assessment reports, and decision-support materials for business and technology stakeholders
• Provide advisory support on security architecture, standards, policies, and governance
• Improve security review methodologies, assessment frameworks, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, cloud teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure security requirements are addressed

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Security Architecture, Cybersecurity Architecture, or a closely related security role
• Hands-on experience conducting security architecture reviews and risk assessments
• Good understanding of IAM and authentication/authorization
• Good understanding of network security and segmentation
• Good understanding of firewalls, proxies, and connectivity
• Good understanding of encryption and data protection
• Good understanding of security logging, monitoring, and controls
• Good understanding of cloud security principles
• Experience assessing technical solutions and translating security risks into practical recommendations and security controls
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders and communicating security topics clearly
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and make well-structured security recommendations
• Very good English communication skills
