Description

Lead the development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for agreed Critical or Important Functions (CIFs). Drive the ICT BCP framework, testing methodology, governance, and approval processes across multiple locations in Poland, aligned with the DORA program. Continuously evaluate workload and dependencies, manage resource needs, and coordinate with DORA representatives to identify potential delays.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of 70+ ICT BCPs, ensuring a steady flow of plans by managing dependencies to other projects

• Support creation of the ICT BCP framework and template per bank guidelines, existing practices, and stakeholder input

• Develop the ICT BCPs testing methodology based on BCCM&R guidelines and bank methodologies

• Collaborate with the DORA program to align CIFs ICT BCP content and scope

• Continually evaluate workload based on DORA deliveries and identify resource requirements

• Engage with DORA representatives to identify potential delays

• Manage ICT BCP approval processes

• Support development of ICT BCP governance documentation and maintain lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentation

• Good knowledge of DORA and relevant FSI regulations related to ICT BCPs

• Hands-on experience for project documentation and preparation of presentation/delivery documents

• Collaboration across different teams and ability to rationalize inputs

• Good communication skills and ability to develop material such as processes, procedures, policies, and frameworks

• Preferred: experience with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Operational Resilience in the FSI sector
