Project Manager (ICT BCP)

Within a Business Continuity & Crisis Management and Recovery & Resolution Planning programme in the financial sector, this IT Project Manager will lead the development of ICT Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for agreed Critical or Important Functions (CIFs), based on available value chain mapping and other relevant inputs. The role operates in a DORA-related, regulatory-driven environment and includes driving the ICT BCP framework, testing methodology, governance and approval processes across multiple locations in Poland.Detailed description of work task to be carried out:Manage the development and delivery of 70+ ICT BCP, ensuring steady flow of plans by managing dependencies to other projects Support creation of ICT BCP framework and template according to Bank's guidelines, existing practices and input from key stakeholdersDrive development of ICT BCPs testing methodology based on existing BCCM&R guidelines and Bank's methodologiesWork in collaboration with the DORA program to align on CIFs ICT BCPs content and scope Continual evaluation of work load based on deliveries from DORA project and identifying resource requirementsEngage with DORA repepresenatives to ensure identify potential delaysManage the process of approvals of ICT BCPs Support in development of ICT BCPs governance documentation and lifecycle maintenanceMust-have knowledge and experience:3+ years of experience in developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentationGood knowledge of DORA and relevant FSI regulations in relation to ICT BCPsHands-on experience for project documentation, preparation of presentation and delivery documents. The role will requirecollaboration across different teams, and perspectives and rationalizing those inputs will be requiredGood communication skills and ability to develop material, such as processes, procedures, policies or frameworks,Preferable to have worked with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Operational Resilience in the FSI sector
