.Net Backend Developer

We're hiring an experienced backend engineer to integrate our ATS, Teamtailor, into Darize s ecosystem. You'll connect it with our systems and bring its data back to where it's needed, including our Dynamics-based CRM and AgentHub, our platform for matching clients with the right consultants. You'll own this project and work on it alongside other teams in the organization, with developers and architects around you for support and sparring. Many of them already use AI tools heavily and want to push further, and we're looking for an engineer who shares that mindset and uses AI to ship faster and better.Your focus is the ATS integration. Event-driven flows between Teamtailor and our systems are the core of the work, and if you see opportunities to improve things, whether with AI or otherwise, we'd like to hear your suggestions.TasksBuild and evolve the integration between Teamtailor and our ecosystem in .NET, running on our Kubernetes infrastructure in Azure.Bring suggestions on where AI could add value in the integration, such as enrichment and automation.Pair with our architects on big technical calls; own the domains you work in end to- end.Build reliable integrations with Teamtailor and other external systems: webhooks, REST APIs, and event streaming via Azure Event Hubs (retries, idempotency, circuit breakers, versioning).Apply DDD to keep the system aligned with how recruitment and consultant matching actually work.Design secure-by-default systems (OAuth2, JWT, managed identities, rate limiting).Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next) to move faster, and critically evaluate what they produce, especially for distributed systems edge cases.Own production for business-critical workloads: monitoring, alerting, tracing and dashboards that show.ExpectationsSolid backend experience (roughly 7+ years) building distributed systems in .NET, including running services on Kubernetes in Azure. Python for AI/ML workloads is a nice-to-have.Strong architectural judgment and the willingness to make calls and defend them.Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) into production systems, or a clear track record that suggests you'll pick it up fast. We're model agnostic and not locked into a single provider.Calibrated views on AI tooling: enthusiastic about what it does well, honest about where it falls short, and effective at using it day-to-day.Deep understanding of system reliability, scalability, and failure modes, and hands-on experience monitoring production systems (logs, metrics, traces, alerting).Hands-on experience with event-driven integration: webhooks, REST APIs, and messaging/streaming platforms such as Azure Event Hubs.Fluent English and the ability to discuss complex technical topics clearly.High ownership and the kind of self-direction that thrives in a small team.We offerDedicated Agent support – your go-to person for project continuity, client communication, day-to-day administration, and long-term professional development Access to Darize Learning & Development – our internal development platform featuring webinars, industry reports and articles, access to learning platforms such as DataCamp and Coursera, and regular invitations to technical, business, and lifestyle events Community and networking events – from Kick-Off trips, Christmas celebrations, and Summer Sport Games to family picnics and cultural events for you and your loved ones Consultant Development Program – personalized professional development support based on current industry trends and market needs, delivered by experienced mentors and development advisors Comprehensive benefits package – including private healthcare, life insurance, a sports card for you and your family members, as well as access to employee discounts in Poland and abroad A community of experienced IT experts – exchange knowledge and collaborate with technology professionals who bring years of hands-on experience delivering complex technology projects (the average professional experience of our consultants in Poland exceeds 10 years)
